So from what I can remember from friday.... lol There was a lot of rain and a lot bitchin music!I went to Metro expecting rude security guards and a bunch of pre-teens trying to impress their friends by drinking the most in line(all the great makings of a certified douchebag). I got the rude security guards but the people that were there hanging out were pretty cool. A difference from the regular people I met there before. Anyways, DanceGavinDance was awesome as usual and IWABO was so sick! They can perform their asses off! Close To Home was great too! I can't get over how great the line up was! I really didn't care for the rest of the groups. They really didn't float my boat.=/ It's different from the rest of the shows I go to.  It was a great night plus there's no way in hell that I would miss my friend Sammie jumping off a speaker in the back and pissing off a road-e. Anyways by the end of night he got kicked out and I was left to mingle around with the rest of the on-lookers who just thought he was a crazy drunk.Great night....great time......

Downtown Battle Mountain Tour 2011

I know that April 1st is nowhere near soon but I just can’t help but to be excited. DanceGavinDance, In Fear And Faith, Close To Home ,Just Like Vinyl, Dj.Chocolate and last but not least Iwrestledabearonce will all be in attendance. Granted that fact DanceGavinDance is amazing I expected the line up to be equally amazing if not 10 times as awesome as I would imagine. I was semi-right. The line-up is perfect for this genre. I think that some of the music I heard was sub-Par (or they’re better live) but you can think what you want to.  I love DanceGavinDance and Close To Home. I love their music and I can’t wait to see them live! I wrestled A Bear Once is growing on me. If they sound better live than there is no doubt that I will be a fan for life. Plus, it’s so refreshing to see a girl scream! Most of the time girls that scream suck ass at it and the worst part about it is THEY THINK THEY’RE GOOD! Please take a note from this girl and do it right. Anyways, I hope all these bands will deliver. You know I’ll be there with fingers crossed.

A Night @ The Bottom

So what I had to push some girl to get these tickets. I wasn't about to miss the show I had been waiting over a month for. I couldn't miss the chance to see one of my favorite bands in all it's crazy glory. I've been a fan of Hellogoodbye before the MTV days. I love the simple and sweet lyrics. Their album "Would It Kill You"  wasn't the same pop, teen beach music we are use to hearing. The band has definitely matured and it shows through their music. Although the album differs from what we are use to,it's still the same amazing music we look for in this band. How could you not love this band with a lead singer like Forrest Kline?
He's super cute with a sense of humor. Talking to the audience as if he knew them. At one point in the show he took one of the kids phone, read one of his text messages and put it in his pocket(he gave it back). In attendance were Now Now Every Children,You Me & Everyone We Know,Gold Motel, and Jukebox The Ghost. I know everyone is expecting me to say that Gold Motel was my second favorite band of the night (the lead singer is from Chicago) but they weren't. I wasn't really into Jukebox The Ghost but after this show they blew my mind away! Jukebox The Ghost totally set the mood for Hellogoodbye to take the show away. And they did! Ending with Forrest taking a dive into the crowd . All in all it was a great night.
